Property is well located. The rooms are spacious, the beds, the best we’ve had in our travels the last few weeks. The service in general was good.

It was hard to find a family room in Düsseldorf that was reasonably priced. The room was HUGE. A California king bed and two bunk beds but loads of space in the room with two separate areas including a table and couch and long desk. Electric Venetian blinds and curtains kept the room dark so the kids didn’t get up so early with the sun. Bathroom had a great shower plus a jacuzzi bath.

The bed was comfortable and big. The room was kept very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I had a nice view. It was great having a jacuzzi bath and a shower in the bathroom. Also, a fridge and mini safe in the room. The location was perfect for me as it was a short walk from the PSD Dome where I had tickets for a concert and the tram stops to get to central Düsseldorf. Also fairly close to the airport by taxi.

Goldilocks location for Dusseldorf airport: close enough to the airport, but far enough to not have any airport noise. Very recently renovated, all clean and tidy. The mattresses are decent, but not stellar. You can buy drinks and snacks 24H a day. Breakfast was pretty decent. Plenty of parking space. For ones who wanted it, there is an automated check-in/check-out.

The Staff is really good. The location is perfect (walking distance to the PSD Dome. The room is spacious.. Several breakfast options.

Great breakfast/ restaurant. Bar staff were attentive. Many patrons had attended a concert at the PSD Dome nearby (Dimash Qudaibergen). When we returned the staff played his music on Spotify as we celebrated. Perfect way to end the day. Thanks to them for being so attentive and considerate. Loved the fire in the foyer.

Amazing hotel, location is good with free parking behind a gate so feels kind of secure. Not far from hotel is tram which is going to the center in ~20min. Rooms were clean, spacious and we were able to use the Sauna and wellness place incl. Breakfast was also great, a lot of choice. Staff super friendly & helpful.

Huge room, with very nice window seats. Large bathroom with both tub and shower. Room had a refrigerator. Good location for the airport, and perfect for events at the PSD Bank Dome arena.
